Today it seems too many companies view the definition of customer service as, “whatever makes the sale for the cheapest cost”. I find this attitude to be quite unfortunate and I make it a point to limit my interaction with this kind of company. Recently, though, I had the good fortune to work with a company that not only has a good product, but is willing to make it better if it suits the customer.

    • Completely the opposite ... Well that is how I feel. It's more like customer no service. Always have to ask for someone above the person I am talking to after pushing 1 for this and 2 for that and regiving my info and after 20 minutes losing the conection and then going through it all again.

    What is the inbound & out bound call center?

    • Customer Service do not differentiate based on Inboun or Outbound. However, SLAs may be different for Internal Customer and External Customer.
